Raks lowered his eyes in shame. He looked up at Anna again when he heard her sniff.

Anna was crumpled up, her head in her hands, tears dripping from her fingers.
"I'm sorry, Raks! I...I just...I was afraid that if you don't love the music that I do, maybe you don't love me either. It's silly, isn't it," Anna muttered in confusion.
Raks jumped up, rushed to Anna, and put his arms around her. “You're not stupid and I love you always and forever. Along with all your metal. How else would we have met? The main thing is that you don't force it on me, okay? I can't listen to all that all the time, okay?”
Anna stopped sniffing and nodded. “You really love me?” she asked, her face still wet with tears.
"Gentle one, you know I love you," Raks assured. How could he not love this fragile, sensitive being who was like a beautiful jewel somehow entrusted to a loser like him who barely made it through school?
"Always and forever?"
"Always and forever," Raks assured fondly and bent down to kiss the tear from the girl's cheek.
"Oh, Raks," Anna whispered.
Priidik reminded himself of his existence with a gentle cough.
Both Raks and Anna blushed.
